What we did
Event Design and Production
For the 'Around the World' themed Christmas party at the Ministry of Sound, we meticulously planned and executed a transformation of five distinct venue spaces to immerse guests in global cultures. Each space represented a different part of the world, creating a unique and engaging experience. We began by converting the Courtyard into a vibrant Caribbean beach complete with oversized deck chairs, palm trees, and a steel band. The downstairs 103 room was themed as a disco era space, featuring custom branding on LED screens and entertainment including a disco DJ and tattoo makeup artists. Upstairs, we turned the 103 room into a 1950s New York diner, complete with a jukebox and retro games. The Loft room became a Shanghai karaoke lounge adorned with lanterns and blossom trees, while the Box room was transformed into a lush jungle setting with aerialists and body-painted dancers. Our comprehensive approach included not only thematic design but also the provision of top-tier entertainment, making every element of the venue resonate with the party’s festive and global theme.

Event Success and Guest Experience
The event was a spectacular success, leaving a lasting impression on over two thousand guests who attended over two days. Each themed space offered guests a distinct, immersive experience that not only entertained but also facilitated a dynamic environment for celebration and interaction. The intricate decor and targeted entertainment in each room brought the global theme to life, encouraging guests to explore and enjoy the diverse atmospheres. The party's energetic vibe was sustained by continuous music, engaging activities, and themed food and drinks, keeping the guests animated and social throughout the event. Overall, the seamless integration of event management, design, and entertainment ensured that the 'Around the World' Christmas party was not only a night of festive enjoyment but also a showcase of creative event production that exceeded expectations.
